Payment Plans

MY Real Estate School offers short-term payment plans on select courses. These are not available for all programs, and eligibility is determined at the time of setup. Terms include:

• Automatic payments charged every 30 days to your card.
• Missed payments will pause course access until resolved.
• Certificate of completion will not be released until the course is paid in full.
• Each installment includes a non-refundable administrative fee.
• If a payment fails, the full remaining balance becomes due immediately, including any legal or collection costs.

Two-Payment Installment Terms

Payment Structure

Minimum 50% due upfront. Remaining balance must be paid no later than the first day of class. No more than 3 payments total allowed.

Non-Refundable Payments

All installment payments are final. No refunds are given for partial completion, withdrawal, or absence.

Dispute Waiver

By using a payment plan, you waive the right to file disputes or chargebacks with your card provider. Please address any concerns directly with us.

Sales Tax

If required by law, sales tax will be added to each payment. Donations to MY Real Estate School Foundation are not taxable.

Third-Party Financing

We also offer financing through Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, or Afterpay. Terms and interest vary by provider. We do not manage third-party payment plans.

Refund Policy

Online Self-Paced Courses: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase and before 25% of the course is completed.

Livestream & In-Person Courses: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase and at least 45 days before the class starts. No refunds once the class begins unless approved under special circumstances.

Exam Prep Products: (books, guides, tools) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items.

Course Repurchase Policy

If your course expires, you may repurchase it at 50% off once within 12 months. After that, full tuition applies. Textbooks may need to be repurchased if editions have changed.

Textbooks & Materials

All sales of textbooks and digital materials are final. RedShelf eBooks expire after 365 days. Up to 100% may be downloaded for offline reading, but only 20% may be printed.

Digital tools are valid for 60 days and must be repurchased after expiration.

Promotional Codes

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase. Codes cannot be combined or used with payment plans, extensions, or certificate re-issues.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected as required by law. It is applied at checkout and to each installment payment, if applicable. Donations are tax-exempt.

Pass Our Course or Don’t Pay Warranty

• Must purchase a package that includes exam prep.
• Must complete 3 modules and 3 simulated exams with 75%+ scores.
• Must take the state exam within 30 days of finishing prep.
• If you don’t pass, email info@alabamarealestateclass.com with proof of attempt and quiz scores.
• Warranty covers 75% of the course tuition. Textbooks, tax, and exam prep are not refundable.
• To qualify for 85% refund, you must also attend a live Cram Course (not on-demand).
• Warranty applies only to Alabama pre-license livestream or in-person courses.

Course Retake Promotion

• You must have completed 75% of a previous MYRES course.
• Eligibility is limited to students within the past 3 years (older students may qualify for partial discount).
• Proof of enrollment is required.
• Textbooks not included in promo pricing. If outdated, a new edition must be purchased.
• Current book: Modern Real Estate Practice, 21st Edition
• Terms subject to change. MYRES may discontinue the promotion at any time.
• If eligibility cannot be verified, you may be asked to pay full price.
• We reserve the right to collect unpaid balances using any legal means necessary.
