Virtual Livestream – Get Your Real Estate License

Our virtual style course is designed for individuals who wish to get their real estate license and have consulted the course calendar to ensure availability for attending a scheduled class. Register for one of our many locations throughout the state.

Registration must be done on our website at www.alabamarealestateclass.com. Classes fill up quickly, and once enrollment reaches capacity, registration will be closed. If you wish to register for a course that has already closed enrollment, please contact us at info@alabamarealestateclass.com to inquire about a waiting list or to register for the next session.

There are no educational prerequisites for the course. However, Alabama does require the following:

According to Alabama Real Estate License Law, individuals must:

• Be trustworthy and competent as to safeguard the interests of the public
• Cannot have had a real estate license rejected or revoked in any state during the previous two years for any reason except failure to pass the state exam
• Be Nineteen (19) years of age or older
• Be a US Citizen or an individual legally present with appropriate documentation or an alien with a permanent resident status
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Not been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude (such as shoplifting or writing bad checks
