Birmingham – Get Your Real Estate License

Get Your Real Estate License in Birmingham! This Alabama Real Estate License course caters to individuals eager to obtain a real estate license. The Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC) requires all students to attend at least 90% of the 60 hour course. Our course is AREC approved and is focused on preparing you for the Alabama Real Estate License Exam. Classes are on Tuesday & Wednesdays with day and evening options with instructor Mark Yarbrough.

The cost of the course includes your textbook. Textbooks will be handed out on the first day of class.

No specific educational prerequisites exist for this course. Alabama Real Estate License Law requires trustworthiness, competence, and adherence to regulations. Your license should not have been rejected or revoked in any state within the past two years, except for failing the state exam. You must be 19 or older, a US citizen or legally present, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. No felony convictions or crimes involving moral turpitude are allowed.
