About the Montgomery location
The Montgomery class is hosted by the Homechaser Team (powered by eXp Realty) at 8417 Crossland Loop in east Montgomery. It serves the whole River Region, including Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka and Pike Road.
It’s the same 60-hour course we teach at our main school, with every calendar session offered here. Enrollment, books and scheduling go through MY Real Estate School, and your on-site moderator is introduced on the first day.

After you’re licensed in Montgomery
Once you pass the exam and a broker sponsors you, you can join the Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS®, which covers Montgomery, Autauga, Elmore and Lowndes counties and runs the area’s MLS.
Next come the 30-hour post-license course (within six months of activating your license) and 15 hours of continuing education every two years, both online through our site.

When does class meet?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays for eight weeks, daytime 10:30am – 2:00pm or evening 6:00pm – 9:30pm. This location runs every session on our class calendar; pick your start date above.
How much does it cost?
$449.99 for the 60-hour course.

Is there an option if I can't get to Montgomery?
Yes. The same 60-hour course is taught live on Zoom ($449.99), or you can take it online at your own pace.
What happens after I finish the course?
You schedule the Alabama salesperson exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license. Within six months of activating it (twelve if it stays inactive) you complete a 30-hour post-license course, which we offer online.
