About the Vestavia Hills location
This class is hosted by Green Acres Realty Enterprises at 400 Vestavia Parkway, just down the road from our main school. It gives Vestavia Hills, Hoover and Homewood students another in-person option on the same Tuesday and Wednesday schedule.
The course, materials and exam prep are the same as at our main school. MY Real Estate School handles enrollment, and your on-site moderator introduces themselves on the first day.

After you’re licensed in Vestavia Hills
After the exam, pick a brokerage to sponsor your license. Many agents here join the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, which partners with the Greater Alabama MLS.
Then complete the 30-hour post-license course within six months of activating your license and 15 hours of continuing education every two years, both online through our site.

$449.99 for the 60-hour course, plus the required $65 textbook.

Yes. The same 60-hour course is taught live on Zoom ($449.99), or you can take it online at your own pace.
What happens after I finish the course?
You schedule the Alabama salesperson exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license. Within six months of activating it (twelve if it stays inactive) you complete a 30-hour post-license course, which we offer online.
Are any sessions livestreamed?
Some sessions at this location may be livestreamed, so you may occasionally attend from home. Your on-site moderator will give you the details on the first day.
