Where does the Gardendale class meet?
At Open Hearth Realty, 1102 Main St., Gardendale, AL 35071. Your on-site moderator introduces themselves on the first day of class.
When does class meet?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays for eight weeks, evening 6:00pm – 9:30pm. This location runs every session on our class calendar; pick your start date above.
How much does it cost?
$449.99 for the 60-hour course, plus the required $65 textbook.

Is there an option if I can't get to Gardendale?
Yes. The same 60-hour course is taught live on Zoom ($449.99), or you can take it online at your own pace.
What happens after I finish the course?
You schedule the Alabama salesperson exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license. Within six months of activating it (twelve if it stays inactive) you complete a 30-hour post-license course, which we offer online.
