Our Cullman class is hosted by EXIT Lake & Country Real Estate on County Road 222, near Smith Lake. It serves Cullman County and nearby towns like Hanceville, Good Hope and Vinemont.
You’ll take the same 60-hour course taught at our main school, with every session on our calendar available here. MY Real Estate School is your contact for enrollment and materials, and your moderator introduces themselves on day one.

After you’re licensed in Cullman
After the exam, pick a brokerage to sponsor your license. Local agents can join the Cullman Association of REALTORS®, and your brokerage will get you set up with MLS access.
Your next steps: the 30-hour post-license course within six months of activating your license and 15 hours of continuing education every two years, both available online through our site.

When does class meet?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays for eight weeks, daytime 10:30am – 2:00pm. This location runs every session on our class calendar; pick your start date above.
How much does it cost?
$449.99 for the 60-hour course, plus the required $65 textbook.

Is there an option if I can't get to Cullman?
Yes. The same 60-hour course is taught live on Zoom ($449.99), or you can take it online at your own pace.
What happens after I finish the course?
You schedule the Alabama salesperson exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license. Within six months of activating it (twelve if it stays inactive) you complete a 30-hour post-license course, which we offer online.
