About the Moody location
The Moody class meets in the evenings at EXIT Realty Crossroads on Moody Parkway, just off I-20. It’s a practical choice if you live or work in St. Clair County or on the east side of the Birmingham metro and would rather not drive into Vestavia Hills after work.
It’s the same 60-hour course taught at our main school, and every session on our calendar runs here. Your on-site moderator introduces themselves on day one; MY Real Estate School is your contact for everything else.

After you’re licensed in Moody
After you pass the exam, choose a brokerage to sponsor your license. Agents in Moody join either the St. Clair Realtors Association or the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, depending on their brokerage; both work in the Greater Alabama MLS.
From there: the 30-hour post-license course within six months of activating your license, and 15 hours of continuing education every two years. We offer both online.

At EXIT Realty Crossroads, 2345 Moody Pkwy, Suite 203, Moody, AL 35004. Your on-site moderator introduces themselves on the first day of class.
When does class meet?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays for eight weeks, evening 6:00pm – 9:30pm. This location runs every session on our class calendar; pick your start date above.
How much does it cost?
$449.99 for the 60-hour course, plus the required $65 textbook.

Is there an option if I can't get to Moody?
Yes. The same 60-hour course is taught live on Zoom ($449.99), or you can take it online at your own pace.
What happens after I finish the course?
You schedule the Alabama salesperson exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license. Within six months of activating it (twelve if it stays inactive) you complete a 30-hour post-license course, which we offer online.
