After you’re licensed in Leeds

Once licensed, you’ll join a brokerage, and most Leeds-area agents belong to the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® or the St. Clair Realtors Association. Both work in the Greater Alabama MLS, the largest in the state.

Your deadlines: the 30-hour post-license course within six months of activating your license, then 15 hours of continuing education every two years. Both are available online through our site.
