About the Enterprise location

Our Enterprise class is hosted by Coldwell Banker Prestige Homes & Real Estate on Boll Weevil Circle. It serves Coffee and Dale counties, including Daleville, Ozark and military families at Fort Novosel.

It’s the same 60-hour course taught at our Vestavia Hills school, and every session on our calendar runs here. As a veteran-owned school we offer a military discount; ask us when you enroll.

After you’re licensed in Enterprise

After the exam, choose a brokerage to sponsor your license. Enterprise agents typically join the Wiregrass Board of REALTORS® and list homes in the Wiregrass MLS.

Keep up with the 30-hour post-license course within six months of activating your license and 15 hours of continuing education every two years, both available online through our site.

Where does the Enterprise class meet?

At Coldwell Banker Prestige Homes & Real Estate, 529 B Boll Weevil Cir, Enterprise, AL 36330. Your on-site moderator introduces themselves on the first day of class.

When does class meet?

Tuesdays and Wednesdays for eight weeks, evening 6:00pm – 9:30pm. This location runs every session on our class calendar; pick your start date above.

How much does it cost?

$449.99 for the 60-hour course, plus the required $65 textbook.

Is there an option if I can't get to Enterprise?

Yes. The same 60-hour course is taught live on Zoom ($449.99), or you can take it online at your own pace.

What happens after I finish the course?

You schedule the Alabama salesperson exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license. Within six months of activating it (twelve if it stays inactive) you complete a 30-hour post-license course, which we offer online.

Are any sessions livestreamed?

Some sessions at this location may be livestreamed, so you may occasionally attend from home. Your on-site moderator will give you the details on the first day.
