Welcome to Your Livestream Pre-Licensing Course

Welcome to your Alabama Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course via Livestream on Zoom! This comprehensive program provides you with the complete education required by the Alabama Real Estate Commission to become a licensed real estate salesperson—all from the comfort of your home. You'll attend live, interactive classes with real-time instruction, participate in discussions, and ask questions just as you would in person. You'll master essential competencies including real estate law and legal concepts, property types and characteristics, real estate finance and economics, professional practice and procedures, and valuation and market analysis. This course covers both national principles and Alabama-specific requirements in one complete package.

💻 Technical Requirements: You'll need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with camera and microphone, and the Zoom application installed. Detailed technical specifications, Zoom meeting links, and step-by-step instructions will be provided in your onboarding materials upon enrollment.

📚 Textbooks & Materials Included: Your tuition covers all required textbooks and course materials. Livestream students will have all materials shipped directly to their home address prior to the first class session.

What You'll Master

Alabama Salesperson License Requirements

Per the Alabama Real Estate Commission, to become eligible to obtain a SALESPERSON license in Alabama, an applicant who does not hold a current real estate license in another state must:

• Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien, or legally present in the U.S.
• Be at least 19 years old
• Show proof of bona fide residency in any state in the U.S.
• Show proof of high school graduation or the equivalent
• Not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude
• Not have had a real estate application or license rejected or revoked in any state within the past two years
• After meeting the education and/or experience requirements, pass the licensing examination
