Online or a live class?
Online is the fastest way to start and the most flexible: no class calendar, no commute, and you set the pace. It works best if you’re self-motivated and comfortable studying on your own.
If you’d rather learn with an instructor, a set schedule and classmates, take the same 60-hour course live. Classes meet Tuesdays and Wednesdays for eight weeks, daytime or evening, and you can ask questions in real time.

I love how raw Mr. Mark was doing the training. His way of teaching really makes things stick with you. This is not your traditional boring class. Many different options are available to take the course. I was able to pass my state exam on the first try.

Questions about online courses
Can I get my Alabama real estate license online?
Yes. The 60-hour pre-license course you need before the Alabama salesperson exam can be taken online at your own pace. When you finish, you schedule the state exam with Pearson VUE, then join a brokerage to activate your license.
How much does the online course cost?
The online 60-hour pre-license course is $299.00. The same course taught live on Zoom is $449.99 plus the $65 textbook, and in person at our Vestavia Hills school it is $499.99 with materials included.
How long does it take?
The course is 60 hours. Online, you set the pace, so you can start today and finish as quickly as your schedule allows. Our live classes (Zoom and in person) run for eight weeks, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Where do I take the online course?
On our online learning platform, LEAP. Each course page has an Enroll button that takes you there to purchase and start.
Online or live: which should I choose?
Online suits self-motivated learners who want to start now and study around work or family. If you learn better with an instructor, a schedule and classmates, the live Zoom or in-person class is the same 60-hour course, with real-time questions.
Do you offer post-license and broker courses online?
Yes. The 30-hour post-license course ($189.00) is due within six months of activating your license, and the 60-hour broker pre-license course ($399.00) is online with 24/7 access. Continuing education is offered through our partner, The CE Shop.
